I found this beautiful ornate mirror outside at a flea market. Cleaned it up, painted it with pinks, purple and color-shift paint then had the idea to add fabric trim to the front and line the back on the bottom with fabric fringe. I haven't seen this done yet and thought it looks so dope and I love the way it came out.
Entire dimensions are 29x18in with 12in long fabric fringe on the bottom.
17x11in is the actual mirror size.
The face of the mirror sits off the wall a couple inches so I knew I had to line the back with LED lights so it would glow from behind and I'm so glad I did!!
I used a battery pack powered led strip that can be set to any color or strobe or fade between colors abd is controlled with a remote!!
The light strip manufacturer said to fully conserve power you need to switch the on/off switch located on the battery pack on the back of the mirror (I'm able to just tip the mirror up slightly and flip it on and off)
